Description:

The php85-php-pgsql package add PostgreSQL database support to PHP.
PostgreSQL is an object-relational database management
system that supports almost all SQL constructs. PHP is an
HTML-embedded scripting language. If you need back-end support for
PostgreSQL, you should install this package in addition to the main
php package.

- update to 8.5.0alpha3
- bump dependency on php-nikic-php-parser5 5.6
- drop opcache subpackage, extension is build statically
- fix missing libraries for opcache using patch from
  https://github.com/php/php-src/pull/19301

- update to 8.5.0alpha2
